Pure thought imbued with beauty points the way to truth. Teachings that require renunciation and obedience to prohibitions are given in condescension to people of limited consciousness. But in the case of someone with an expanded consciousness, there are no stop signs but rather steady progress without prohibitions. Beautified lives allow people to depart in freedom and abundance, in order to return as victors. A seeker who proceeds with awareness of beauty cannot be confused. Only confusion can obstruct the path. (NEC (opens in new tab), 27)
